You will get a personalized training regimen anywhere in the world. I live in Japan, and I have never had an issue with using this app to plan, track, and measure my growth. UFO Fitness is out of this world!!

Highly recommend! The guys are great and really want to see you grow. They personalize everything and have great senses of humor. They push me to levels I didn’t even know I had!

UFO Fitness is designed with client fun and comfortability in mind. I see and feel results without the use of a scale, and I’ve been able to work on my total health. Giving me the freedom to do the things I love, such as tennis.

I started here 3 months ago and what I can say is that the person who walked into this facility is not the same person I am today! I have changed mentally and physically for the better! I love it so much I signed up for another 3 months. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking to make serious changes in their life!
